Where are all my Lagos water babies? I have a new beach house for you that I love. It’s located in Ilashe, Lagos, about a 20-25 minutes boat ride from Lekki or Victoria Island. Ilashe is an island tucked in-between the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean, There are plenty of beach clubs there, but this is a new one that I love.
What does Cove Beach House have?
Firstly, any beach house with a general white theme is superior to other beach houses. This is because the white provides a clean finish and an excellent backdrop for photos.
Cove beach house is packed with amenities, which include:
- 4 bedrooms upstairs
- Each bedroom has a mirror, bathroom, wardrobe, beds
- 4 chalets beside the main house that each have their bathrooms and swimming pools
- The main swimming pool where you can play beach volleyball (see a video of my friends playing below)
- Giant Jenga and Connect 4 games by the poolside
- 8 covered sunbeds on either side of the swimming pool
- Gorgeous lighting on the sunbeds makes the place even more fun to party at when it’s dark
- Arcade Basketball game
- The kitchen is packed with a huge fridge, oven and microwave
- The indoor living room area also has plenty of chairs and tables to relax
- Complimentary DJ (with the Main House)
- Karaoke
- Easy access to the beach for those of us that love the ocean
- BBQ to grill up some delicious tender chicken and more

How do I get there?
Unfortunately, you can only access this exclusive beach house by the water, so boats of all sorts can be provided by request. Please reach out to @covebeachlagos on Instagram for bookings.
Why do I like Cove Beach House?
I think it’s self-explanatory from the photos and the list of amenities that this is one of the best beach houses to throw a party at. There are over 8 bedrooms. 4 of those bedrooms have their own swimming pool. The lights on the sunbeds make this place the best beach house in Ilashe for late-night parties.
No one can go there and be bored. Furthermore, it also has convenient access to the ocean from the main beach house and all chalets. Here are some videos from my last time at Cove Beach House:
