Questions
What do I get?
Files you download from your Treasure Vault: reports as PDF, spreadsheets as Excel files, and the Launch Pack's kits as Word documents. Each pack includes the packs below it, and an upgrade costs only the difference.
How is the research checked?
Every finding rests on a source we captured, and each quote was checked word for word against the page it came from. Each finding carries its status: a verified fact, our own primary research, an inference, an assumption or a hypothesis. Where we could not find something out, the files say so rather than guess.
What happens when the research is updated?
Your Vault always has the latest version of what you bought, with its version number and the date it last changed, and we email you when a pack you own is updated.
Can I get a refund?
The files are digital and available straight away. At checkout you ask for them immediately and agree that, once you have them, you can no longer cancel. If something is wrong with a file, contact us.
